1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you or your organization ("Client", "you") and DevCore Studio ("we", "us", "Studio"), founded by Gautham Krishna R S in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

By browsing our website, requesting a project proposal, booking a design package, or engaging our engineering services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services & Scope

DevCore Studio provides professional web development, UI/UX design, custom reservation engines, technical SEO, e-commerce integrations, and AI automations. Deliverables are defined by your selected package tier or a custom written proposal:

• Starter Package: Single-page high-performance website, mobile responsiveness, SSL, and contact integration. Delivered in 5 business days.
• Professional Package: Up to 7 structured pages, custom WhatsApp booking system, gallery with lightbox, Google Reviews & Maps, and advanced SEO schema. Delivered in 7 business days.
• Enterprise Package: React & Next.js e-commerce architecture for stores requiring large databases and continuous catalog updates, deployed on Vercel, with dynamic pricing and dedicated analytics. Delivered in 2–4 weeks.
• Custom / AI Automations: Tailored serverless LLM agents, intake automation workflows, and bespoke integrations.

3. Proposals, Deliverables & Guaranteed Timelines

Every engagement begins with a clear discovery phase where project deliverables, milestones, and launch timelines are established. Delivery timeframes commence once all required initial assets (text copy, images, and credentials) and the upfront deposit have been received.

4. Payment Structure & Regional Currencies

To ensure total transparency, our commercial terms are structured with fixed milestone pricing:

• Deposit: An upfront deposit (typically 50% for standard builds) is required to initiate development and schedule server resources.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is payable upon project completion, testing, and final review prior to domain handover.
• Regional Currencies: We bill transparently in INR (₹) for Indian clients, USD ($) for US/international clients, GBP (£) for UK clients, and CAD ($ CAD) for Canadian clients.
• Accepted Methods: UPI and direct NEFT/IMPS bank transfer for Indian clients; PayPal, Wise, or wire transfer for international clients.

5. Revisions & Scope Amendments

All standard packages include structured revision rounds during the review milestone to refine typography, imagery, spacing, and content layout. Revisions that request architectural changes, net-new feature additions, or scope expansions outside the initial agreement will be quoted separately as an addendum before commencement.

6. Intellectual Property & 100% Code Ownership

We believe clients should genuinely own what they pay for:

• Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full settlement, 100% of all intellectual property rights, customized source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and design assets transfer exclusively to the Client. You are never locked into proprietary CMS databases.
• Studio Portfolio Rights: DevCore Studio retains the right to display the completed work, project screenshots, and commercial performance metrics in its studio portfolio, social channels, and case studies.
• Third-Party Licences: Open-source libraries, webfonts, and third-party APIs remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.

7. Hosting, Edge Infrastructure & Domain Renewals

Websites engineered by DevCore Studio are deployed to enterprise global edge networks: hand-coded static sites are hosted on Cloudflare Pages (or Netlify), while database-driven React and Next.js e-commerce platforms requiring frequent catalog updates are deployed on Vercel Edge. Unless an ongoing retainer is arranged, recurring annual domain registration renewals with your registrar (e.g., Namecheap, Cloudflare Registrar, GoDaddy) remain the direct responsibility of the Client.

8. Client Responsibilities & Content Provision

Timely project delivery depends on collaborative communication. The Client agrees to provide necessary textual content, brand assets, photography, and third-party credentials in a reasonable timeframe. The Client warrants that all materials provided are legally owned or appropriately licensed.

9. 30-Day Stability Guarantee & Post-Launch Support

We stand behind our code. Every website delivered by DevCore Studio includes 30 days of complimentary post-launch stability support. We promptly correct any technical bugs, browser display anomalies, or layout defects arising from our code free of charge during this window.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DevCore Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities. Our maximum aggregate liability arising out of any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project.

11. Termination & Cancellation Protocol

Either party may terminate an engagement prior to final delivery upon written notice. In the event of early cancellation, DevCore Studio shall be compensated for all milestone work completed up to the date of termination, and any unearned portion of the deposit will be handled on a fair pro-rata basis.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any project contracts entered into with DevCore Studio shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
